On 23rd, November, local time in Barbados, a grand ground breaking ceremony of Sam Lord Castle Hotel, an EPC project by COMPLANT Limited, was held. Nearly 100 people attended the ceremony, including Mr. Stuart, the Prime Minister of Barbados, Ms. Wang Ke, the Ambassador of China to Barbados, Mr. Zhang Xiu, the Economic Councilor of China to Barbados, Mr. Liu Xueyi, the President of the COMPLANT, Barbadian government officials, representatives from local Chinese companies and Barbadian Chinese, etc.

The Project is the biggest Government to Government project which totaled 200 Million USD since China and Barbados established diplomatic relations, and it is also the first buyer’s soft loan provided by the China Exim Bank..

The project is going to play an important role in Barbadian tourism after its completion, and will also make new contribution on deepening the friendship between Chinese and Barbadian peoples.
